Forum Courtyard: The Heart of the Campus.
This phase involves the construction of academic buildings for a quality
education for 400 - 600 students, including classrooms, computer labs and a
library. On campus
housing will be constructed for 240 students in this phase.
Goal:
$3.9 million in philanthropy and $2.5 million in debt financing

Debt Financing: The IFC, a
member of the World Bank Group, is
investing $2.5 million in Ashesi
